A method for fabricating thermoelectric device is provided according to the present invention. The method comprises following steps: (a-1) placing a first electrode that has an upper surface in a die; (b-1) placing a first interlayer on the first electrode; (c-1) inserting a separating plate onto the surface vertically to divide inner space of the die into at least two parts, and filling first thermoelectric materials on the first interlayer of some parts of the at least two parts and filling second thermoelectric materials on the first interlayer of other parts; (d-1) sintering the die; and (e-1) removing the separating plate after sintering to obtain a .pi. shape thermoelectric device. By use of the method for fabricating thermoelectric device according to the present invention, process of forming bulked thermoelectric materials and process of combining with hot end electrodes on the devices are completed simultaneously to avoid adverse impact due to heat and pressure that effect on related elements for a second time.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication de dispositif thermoélectrique. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : (a-1) le placement d'une première électrode présentant une surface supérieure dans une matrice; (b-1) le placement d'une première couche intermédiaire sur la première électrode; (c-1) l'insertion d'une plaque de séparation sur la surface pour la division verticale de l'espace interne de la matrice en au moins deux parties, et le remplissage de premiers matériaux thermoélectriques sur la première couche intermédiaires de certaines parties desdites deux parties et le remplissage de seconds matériaux thermoélectriques sur la première couche intermédiaire des autres parties; (d-1) le frittage de la matrice; et (e-1) le retrait de la plaque de séparation après frittage pour obtenir un dispositif thermoélectrique en forme de p. Grâce à l'utilisation du procédé pour fabriquer un dispositif thermoélectrique selon la présente invention, un procédé de formation de matériaux thermoélectriques voluminisés et un procédé de combinaison avec des électrodes à extrémités chaudes sur des dispositifs sont complétés simultanément pour éviter un effet indésirable dû à la chaleur et à la pression qui affectent sur des éléments associés une seconde fois.
