The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a work hardened product or a monolithic multifunctional structural element made of an aluminium alloy comprising a hot transformation step characterised in that after the hot transformation step, it also comprises at least one transformation step by cold plastic deformation in which different general deformations are imposed on at least two zones of the structural element, with a difference of at least 2% and preferably at least 3%. The invention is used to manufacture structural elements, useful particularly for aeronautical construction with variable usage properties in space, while presenting geometric characteristics identical to those of existing elements. The method according to the invention is economic and can be controlled, and is useful particularly to vary usage properties for parts that are not annealed.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit corroyé ou d'un élément de structure multi-fonctionnel monolithique en alliage d'aluminium comprenant une étape de transformation à chaud caractérisé en ce que postérieurement à la transformation à chaud il comprend également au moins une étape de transformation par déformation plastique à froid dans laquelle on impose en au moins deux zones de l'élément de structure des déformations plastiques généralisées moyennes différentes d'au moins 2% et préférentiellement différentes d'au moins 3%. L' invention permet la fabrication d'éléments de structure, notamment utiles pour la construction aéronautique, présentant des propriétés d'emploi variables dans l'espace tout en présentant des caractéristiques géométriques identiques à celles des éléments actuels. Le procédé selon l'invention est économique et contrôlable et permet notamment de faire varier des propriétés d'emploi pour des pièces ne subissant pas de revenu.
