The present invention proposes a method for feeding pulverised coal into a blast furnace, wherein the method comprises the following steps: providing a tuyere stock (14) for blowing hot blast air from a bustle pipe (12) into a furnace hearth of a blast furnace through a tuyere (15) in an opening in the furnace wall (16); providing a pulverised coal injection lance (18) for feeding pulverised coal into the tuyere (15), the pulverised coal injection lance (18) comprising an inner pipe (20) for conveying pulverised coal and an outer pipe (22), coaxially arranged around the inner pipe (20), for conveying combustive gas, the inner pipe (20) forming a separation wall for separating the pulverised coal from the combustive gas, the pulverised coal injection lance (18) having a lance tip (24) arranged in the tuyere (15); allowing the pulverised coal and the combustive gas to form a mixture of pulverised coal and combustive gas at the lance tip (24); burning the mixture of pulverised coal and combustive gas in the tuyere (15); monitoring whether or not a flame at the lance tip (24) is burning; and upon determination that the flame at the lance tip (24) is not burning, reigniting the flame by temporarily reducing the flow of combustive gas through the pulverised coal injection lance (18).
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour fournir du charbon pulvérisé dans un haut-fourneau, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : fournir d'une matière de tuyère (14) pour souffler de l'air chaud à partir d'une conduite circulaire (12) dans un creuset de fourneau d'un haut-fourneau à travers une tuyère (15) dans une ouverture dans la paroi du fourneau (16) ; fournir d'une lance d'injection de charbon pulvérisé (18) pour alimenter le charbon pulvérisé dans la tuyère (15), la lance d'injection de charbon pulvérisé (18) comprenant un tuyau intérieur (20) pour transporter le charbon pulvérisé et un tuyau extérieur (22), disposé coaxialement autour du tuyau intérieur (20), pour transporter le gaz de combustion, le tuyau intérieur (20) formant une cloison pour séparer le charbon pulvérisé du gaz de combustion, la lance d'injection de charbon pulvérisé (18) comprenant une extrémité de lance (24) agencée dans la tuyère (15) ; laisser le charbon pulvérisé et le gaz de combustion former un mélange de charbon pulvérisé et de gaz de combustion à l'extrémité de la lance (24) ; brûler le mélange de charbon pulvérisé et de gaz de combustion dans la tuyère (15) ; contrôler si une flamme brûle ou pas à l'extrémité de la lance (24) ; et, si la flamme à l'extrémité de la lance (24) ne brûle pas, rallumer la flamme en réduisant temporairement le flux de gaz de combustion à travers la lance d'injection de charbon pulvérisé (18).
