The invention relates to a method for filling and evacuating a dispenser unit for pasty, foamy, or liquid media. In the known methods, a supply container (1) is evacuated via a suction pump (3), which is otherwise used to discharge the medium, after the filling. The danger exists in this way that medium will be sucked in. In order to make the suction process more effective and reliable, a method and a filling insert for a dispenser unit are proposed according to the invention, at least one air channel (2) being provided parallel to the suction pump (3). By applying a pressure differential between supply container (1) and surroundings, which is just high enough that air can be sucked through the air channel (2) but particularly no viscous medium, the evacuation is performed.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour remplir une unité distributrice pour des produits pâteux, mousseux ou liquides, et faire le vide dans cette dernière. D'après les procédés connus, un vide est créé dans un réservoir (1), une fois rempli, au moyen d'une pompe d'aspiration (3) qui sert par ailleurs à délivrer le produit. Il en résulte le risque que le produit soit aspiré. L'invention vise à rendre le processus d'aspiration plus efficace et plus fiable. A cet effet, elle propose un procédé et un insert de remplissage pour une unité distributrice, au moins un canal d'air (2) étant prévu parallèlement à la pompe d'aspiration (3). Le vide est créée par application d'une différence de pression entre le réservoir (1) et l'environnement, qui est juste suffisante pour pouvoir aspirer de l'air par le canal d'air (2), mais non un produit visqueux.
