The invention relates to a method for filling thin-walled food containers (14), in particular beverage cans, which as a result are sealed gas-tight and have a internal pressure lying above the ambient pressure to stabilize the food container. The method comprises the following method steps: providing a food container having an open filling opening in a filling station (10), filling the food container in the filling station, covering the filling opening of the food container using a lid immediately after the filling has been concluded, fixing the lid on the food container without sealing the food container gas-tight, transporting away the food container having the covered filling opening.
L'invention concerne un procédé de remplissage de récipients à parois minces, pour produits alimentaires (14), en particulier de boîtes-boissons, qui doivent être fermées de manière étanche au gaz, et qui présentent une pression intérieure, pour la stabilisation du récipient pour produits alimentaires, supérieure à la pression ambiante. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : - mise à disposition d'un récipient de produits alimentaires, comportant une ouverture de remplissage ouverte, dans une station de remplissage (10); - remplissage du récipient dans la station de remplissage; - recouvrement de l'ouverture de remplissage dudit récipient, au moyen d'un couvercle, immédiatement après la fin du remplissage; - fixation du couvercle sur le récipient, sans que le récipient soit fermé de manière étanche au gaz; - transport du récipient de produits alimentaires avec son ouverture de remplissage recouverte.
