The invention relates to a method, a device and a system for fixing a miniaturised component (3a) - especially carrying or containing at least one optical element - to a carrier plate (4a) in a highly-precise manner, by means of a soldered joint, a welded joint or an adhesive joint. Said component (3a) is positioned above the carrier plate (4a) in relation to outer reference points by means of a gripper (1a) pertaining to a robot station (2a). A joint (6a) is then created between the component (3a) and the carrier plate (4a), the joint seam (6a) hardening under contraction between the component (3a) and the carrier plate (4a), thus exerting a vertical tractive force on the gripper (1a) holding the component (3a). At the same time as the contraction, the gripper (1a) is vertically displaced towards the carrier plate (4a) in a controlled or regulated manner, optionally up to a defined nominal position, and actively yields to the contraction such that the creation of high tensions is largely avoided and the position does not change when the component (3a) is detached from the gripper (1a). The invention also relates to a gripper (1a) for using in said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un système pour fixer, avec une grande précision, un composant miniaturisé (3a), contenant ou comportant en particulier au moins un élément optique, sur une plaque de support (4a) au moyen d'un assemblage par brasage, soudage, ou collage. Le composant (3a) est positionné au moyen d'une pince (1a) d'un poste robotisé (2a) au-dessus de la plaque de support (4a) par rapport à des points de référence extérieurs. Ensuite, un assemblage (6a) est réalisé entre le composant (3a) et la plaque de support (4a). Un joint d'assemblage (6a) entre le composant (3a) et la plaque de support (4a) se solidifie en subissant un retrait et exerce ainsi une force de traction dans le sens vertical sur la pince (1a) saisissant le composant (3a). Simultanément au retrait, la pince (1a) exécute un mouvement commandé ou régulé dans le sens vertical en direction de la plaque de support (4a), éventuellement jusqu'à une position prescrite définie, et accompagne ainsi activement le retrait, de sorte que la création de contraintes élevées est évitée dans une large mesure et de sorte qu'aucun changement de position n'est provoqué lorsque la pince (1a) relâche le composant (3a). L'invention concerne également une pince (1a) utilisée lors de la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé.
