A method for forming a compact from a powder wherein a forming portion 1A in a mold body 2 is filled with a raw powder and upper and lower punches 3,4 are fitted into the forming portion 1A to form the compact. Prior to filling the forming portion 1A with the raw powder M, a solution L with a lubricant being uniformly dissolved in a solvent is applied to a peripheral portion of the forming portion 1A, and then the solution is evaporated, thus forming a crystallized layer B thereon. Thus, the reduction of a force for ejecting the compact is realized, while improving the density of the compact, realizing the stable and successive production of the compact
L'invention porte sur un procédé de formation d'un élément compact à partir de poudre selon lequel, ayant rempli de poudre d'un matériau brut la cavité (1a) d'un moule (2), on soumet la poudre à une compression au moyen d'un piston inférieur et d'un piston supérieur (3, 4) pour former l'élément compact. Avant le remplissage de la cavité on applique uniformément sur les parois latérales de la cavité (1a) une solution (L) de lubrifiant dans un solvant, qu'on fait évaporer de manière à former des cristaux (A) et une couche cristallisée adhérant fortement aux parois latérales de la cavité. Il en résulte une réduction des forces de démoulage, un accroissement de la densité de l'élément compact, et une production continue et stable à partir de poudres d'éléments compacts de densité accrue.
