A method for facilitating the beveling work at the circumferential edge of a curved decoration board. A substrate (1) and a decoration material (2) constituting a decoration board, i.e. a head board (A), are formed by cutting a planar woody material into a specified shape. Subsequently, the substrate (1) and the decoration material (2) are finished by painting and beveled parts (3, 4) are formed at the circumferential edge parts of the substrate (1) and the decoration material (2) under planar state. Consequently, the substrate (1) and the decoration material (2) can be beveled easily without requiring any troublesome control. The machined substrate (1) and decoration material (2) are integrated by sticking and shaped to have a curved surface by means of a press.
L'invention concerne un procédé facilitant la réalisation d'un biseau sur le pourtour d'un panneau décoratif cintré. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un substrat (1) et un matériau décoratif (2) constituant un panneau décoratif, notamment un panneau frontal (A), obtenus en découpant un matériau ligneux planaire selon la forme souhaitée. Le finissage du substrat (1) et du matériau décoratif (2) consiste à les enduire de peinture. On forme les parties biseautées (3, 4) au niveau du pourtour du substrat (1) et on donne au matériau décoratif (2) une forme planaire. On peut facilement biseauter le substrat (1) et le matériau décoratif (2) sans opération de contrôle compliquée. Le substrat usiné (1) et le matériau décoratif (2) sont intégrés par collage puis passés à la presse pour leur donner une forme cintrée.
