Abstract: A METHOD FOR FORMING FINE POWDERS FROM RESILIENT POLYMERS BY REACTIVE GRINDING The invention is a process for producing small particles of a thermoplastic polymer having a size ranging from 1 to 10 microns. The process includes ball milling coarse particles or pellets of the thermoplastic polymer in a water solution containing a crack promoter and surfactant.
