A plurality of antenna elements, each of which has first and second linear conductors whose first ends are electrically interconnected are prepared. The antenna elements are arranged in plane in such a way that the first and second linear conductors are alternated and separated from one another at regular intervals, thereby forming one or more array antennas which are placed in a chamber. The second ends of the first linear conductors are connected to a high-frequency power supply, and the second ends of the second linear conductors are connected to ground. A plurality of substrates are parallel placed on both sides of the array antennas at distances approximate to the distances between the linear conductors. A film is formed by introducing a material gas into the chamber.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour préparer une pluralité d'éléments d'antenne qui présentent chacun des premiers et des seconds conducteurs linéaires dont les premières extrémités sont électriquement interconnectées. Ces éléments d'antenne sont placés dans un plan de façon que les premiers et seconds conducteurs linéaires soient alternés et séparés les uns des autres à des intervalles réguliers, formant ainsi une ou plusieurs antennes réseaux qui sont placées dans une chambre. Les secondes extrémités des premiers conducteurs linéaires sont connectées à une alimentation haute fréquence et les secondes extrémités des seconds conducteurs linéaires sont connectées à la terre. Une pluralité de substrats sont placés en parallèle des deux côtés des antennes réseaux, à des distances voisines des distances entre les conducteurs linéaires. L'introduction d'un gaz dans ladite chambre permet alors de former un film.
