The invention concerns a method for fractionating a synthetic or natural material consisting of several constituents and containing at least an amphiphilic constituent. The invention is characterised in that said fractionating is carried out by means of a supercritical pressure solvent by dispersion of said material inside an insoluble or hardly soluble liquid in the supercritical pressure solvent. The inventive method is advantageously carried out for a mixture of lipids such as, for example an oil extracted from a cereal.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fractionnement d'une matière naturelle ou synthétique composée de plusieurs constituants et contenant au moins un composant à caractère amphiphile, caractérisé en ce que ledit fractionnement est réalisé à l'aide d'un solvant à pression supercritique à partir d'une dispersion de ladite matière au sein d'un liquide insoluble ou très faiblement soluble dans le solvant à pression supercritique. Avantageusement le procédé de l'invention est mis en oeuvre sur un mélange de lipides comme par exemple une huile extraite de céréale.
