The invention relates to a method for generating a genetically modified organism for screening active substances comprising the following steps: a) inducing the heterologous expression of at least one protein or protein fragment by genetic modification of the organism; b) analysis of the modified gene expression pattern and identification of genes that have undergone compensatory and differential regulation; and c) phenotyping of the organism. The invention also relates to a genetically modified organism that can be obtained by said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour générer un organisme génétiquement modifié servant au criblage d'une substance active. Ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant : a) à induire l'expression hétérologue d'au moins une protéine ou d'un fragment de protéine, par modification génétique d'un organisme ; b) à analyser le profil d'expression génétique modifié et à identifier des gènes régulés de manière différentielle et compensatoire, et ; c) à établir le phénotype de l'organisme. Cette invention se rapporte en outre à un organisme génétiquement modifié produit au moyen dudit procédé.
