The present invention provides a high throughput method for genotyping microsatellite markers. The technology uses a combination of oligonucleotides in a selective ligation reaction that discriminates mono-, di-, tri,- tetra-, penta-, hexa-, hepta-, octa- and nona-nucleotide repeated alleles in amplified DNA from individuals.

L'invention concerne une méthode de génotypage à haut débit de marqueurs microsatellites. Cette technique fait intervenir une combinaison d'oligonucléotides dans une réaction de ligature sélective qui différencie des allèles répétés mono-, di-, tri,- tétra-, penta-, hexa-, hepta-, octa- et nona-nucléotidiques dans un ADN amplifié issu de personnes.
