The invention relates to a new method for developing a series of shoe lasts starting from a base shoe last provided in a basic footwear size. The method comprises the following steps: - measuring the spatial coordinates (XB, YB, ZB) of points on the base shoe last (2) of basic footwear size using gauges (15) associated with a first computer means (10) on which CAD programs are run; - obtaining, from the spatial coordinates (XB, YB, ZB) of points on the base shoe last (2) of basic footwear size, spatial coordinates (Xn, Yn, Zn) of points on at least another shoe last in the series, by using predetermined calculation formulae entered to said computer means, the so-called grading step; - feeding an NC tool machine with said spatial coordinates (Xn, Yn, Zn) of points on at least another shoe last in the series for the manufacturing thereof; - using the information contained in the memory, physically installed in each shoe last or accessible by means of its code, to design the footwear component parts and properly assembling them at the production stage.
L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé d'élaboration d'une série de formes de chaussures à partir d'une forme de chaussure de base produite dans une taille d'article chaussant de base. Ledit procédé consiste à mesurer les coordonnées spatiales (x<SB>B</SB>, y<SB>B</SB>, z<SB>B</SB>) de points sur la forme de chaussure de base (2) de la taille d'article chaussant de base au moyen de calibres (15) associés à un premier organe informatique (10) sur lequel sont exécutés des programmes CAO; à obtenir, à partir desdites coordonnées spatiales (x<SB>B</SB>, y<SB>B</SB>, z<SB>B</SB>), des coordonnées spatiales (x¿n?, y¿n?, z¿n?) des points d'au moins une autre forme de chaussure de la série au moyen des formules de calculs prédéterminées entrées dans ledit organe informatique; à introduire dans une machine-outil à commande numérique lesdites coordonnées spatiales (x¿n?, y¿n?, z¿n?) des points d'au moins une autre forme de chaussure de la série aux fins de la fabrication de celle-ci; à utiliser les informations contenues dans la mémoire, installée physiquement dans chaque forme de chaussure ou accessible au moyen de son code, pour concevoir les pièces composantes de l'article chaussant et les assembler correctement au stade de production.
