ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Method for hydrogenating coal liquefaction. Rubbing oils and hydrogen-containing circulation gas are used, as well as supplementary fresh hydrogen, at pressures above 100 bar and temperatures between about 300° and 550°C in a liquefaction reactor. An amount of circulation gas from 4,000 to 8,000m3 under normal conditions per ton of- entry coal is conducted together with the initial mixture of crushed coal, rubbing oil and supplementary fresh hydro- gen through the entire liquefaction reactor. -1-
