This invention relates to a novel approach for identification of T-cell epitopes, that give rise to an immune reaction in a living host. By means of this novel method biological compounds can be generated which have a no or at least a reduced immunogenicity when exposed to the immune system of a given species and compared with the relevant non-modified entity. Thus the invention relates also to novel biological molecules, especially proteins and antibodies, obtained by the method according to the invention.

L'invention concerne une nouvelle approche destinée à l'identification d'épitopes de lymphocytes T permettant d'obtenir une réaction immune chez un hôte vivant. Des composés biologiques peuvent être produits au moyen de ce nouveau procédé, ces composés ne présentant pas d'immunogénicité ou présentant une immunogénicité réduite quand ils sont exposés à un système immunitaire d'une espèce donnée et comparés avec les entités non modifiées pertinentes. Par conséquent, l'invention concerne également des nouvelles molécules biologiques, surtout des protéines et des anticorps, obtenus au moyen du procédé selon l'invention.
