The present invention relates to a screening method allowing the identification and selection of compounds capable of depleting mast cells, wherein said compounds do not show significant toxicity for other hematopeitic cells that are not mast cells or related cells or cell lines, such as SCF independent expanded human normal CD34+ cells.

La présente invention concerne une méthode de criblage permettant d'identifier et de sélectionner des composés pouvant avoir spécifiquement un effet de déplétion sur des mastocytes, alors que ces composés ne présentent pas une toxicité notable pour d'autres cellules hématopoïétiques qui ne sont pas des mastocytes ou bien des cellules ou lignées cellulaires connexes telles que des cellules humaines CD34+ normales étendues indépendantes du facteur de croissance des cellules souches (FCS).
