The invention concerns a method for identifying compounds capable of modulating the release of neurotransmitters, characterised in that it consists in contacting at least a compound to be tested with a nerve tissue preparation and in determining the possible modulating effect of said compound on the release of neurotransmitters by said nerve tissue preparation. The invention also concerns kits for implementing said method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'identification de composés capables de moduler la libération de neuromédiateur, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en contact au moins un composé à tester avec une préparation de tissu nerveux et en ce que l'on détermine l'éventuel effet modulateur dudit composé sur la libération de neuromédiateur par ladite préparation de tissu nerveux. L'invention concerne également des kits pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
