The invention relates to a method which is provided for producing specific monoclonal immunological bonding molecules with bondability for epitopes of mammals and which comprises the following steps: a) isolating structures containing epitopes in order to obtain an epitope preparation; b) immunizing non-mammals with the epitope preparation in order to obtain an immune response; c) immortalizing the immune response in order to obtain a library of immunological bonding molecules, and; d) selecting the immunological bonding molecules on the epitopes in order to obtain specific monoclonal immunological bonding molecules. Substances which have a high affinity to bonding and which mimic the epitopes of mammals can be identified from a library of low- molecular substances by using the obtained specific monoclonal immunological bonding molecules.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer des biomolécules de liaison, immunologiques, monoclonales, spécifiques qui présentent un pouvoir de liaison pour des épitopes de mammifères. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) isoler des structures contenant les épitopes afin d'obtenir une préparation d'épitopes ; b) immuniser des non-mammifères avec la préparation d'épitopes afin d'obtenir une réponse immunitaire ; c) immortaliser la réponse immunitaire afin d'obtenir une bibliothèque de molécules de liaison, immunologiques ; d) sélectionner les molécules de liaison, immunologiques sur les épitopes, afin d'obtenir des molécules immunologiques monoclonales spécifiques. L'utilisation de ces molécules de liaison, immunologiques, monoclonales, spécifiques permet d'identifier dans une bibliothèque de substances de faible poids moléculaire, des substances à haute affinité de liaison, qui imitent les épitopes de mammifères.
