There is a method for imparting curl to eyelashes. The method has the step of applying to the eyelashes an anhydrous liquid composition having the following: a) an organic solvent and b) an alkyl cycloalkylacrylate copolymer soluble or dispersible in the solvent. The organic solvent is present in an amount sufficient to dissolve or disperse the alkyl cycloalkylacrylate copolymer. The alkyl cycloalkylacrylate copolymer is present at about 0.1 wt% to about 90 wt% based on the total weight of the composition.

L~invention concerne un procédé destiné à courber les cils. Le procédé comporte une étape d~application sur les cils d~une composition liquide anhydre contenant : a) un solvant organique et b) un copolymère de cycloalkylacrylate d~alkyle soluble ou dispersible dans le solvant. Le solvant organique est présent en une quantité suffisante pour dissoudre ou disperser le copolymère de cycloalkylacrylate d~alkyle. Le copolymère de cycloalkylacrylate d~alkyle est présent en une quantité comprise entre environ 0,1 % en poids et environ 90 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition.
