The osteointegration of osseous fixing implants may be improved through a series of surface treatments. Said treatments comprise a cleaning and passivation process, the application of a coating in the system Ca-P-H-O-C through the laser ablation technique and a sterilisation process by irradiation. The flexibility of this method provides for the control of physico-chemical properties of the obtained surface in order to match said properties with those of the bone in which the implant will be placed.
L'ostéointégration d'implants de fixation osseuse peut être améliorée par l'intermédiaire d'une série de traitements de leur surface. Ces traitements comprennent un procédé de nettoyage et de passivation, l'application d'un revêtement dans le système Ca-P-H-O-C au moyen d'une technique d'ablation par laser et un procédé de stérilisation par irradiation. La flexibilité de ce procédé permet d'adapter les propriétés physico-chimiques de la surface obtenue à celles de l'os dans lequel l'implant sera placé.
