Method for in vitro detection and/or quantification and/or identification of bacteria present in a fluid medium M constituting a biological material, in which method a suspension of microbeads of solid polymer material capable of binding proteins is prepared; the microbeads are loaded with ß2GPI proteins; said loaded microbeads are brought into contact with the fluid medium M, in the presence of ions of an oxidizing metal, so as to bind the bacteria to the ß2GPI proteins; the microbeads thus prepared are separated from their suspension medium, so as to obtain a residue; and the bacteria of the residue are detected and/or quantified and/or identified.
Procédé de détection et/ou de quantification et/ou d'identification in vitro de bactéries présentes dans un milieu fluide M constituant un matériau biologique, procédé dans lequel on prépare une suspension de microbilles de matériau polymère solide susceptible de fixer des protéines; on assure le chargement des microbilles avec des protéines .beta.2GPI; on met en contact lesdites microbilles chargées avec le milieu fluide M, sans la présence d'ions de métal oxydant, pour assurer une fixation des bactéries sur les protéines .beta.2GPI; on sépare les microbilles ainsi préparées de leur milieu de suspension, pour obtenir un résidu; et on détecte et/ou quantifie et/ou identifie les bactéries du résidu.
