The present invention relates to a method for increasing the resistance to pathogens in transgenic plants and/or plant cells, where a DNA sequence which codes for a protein with a leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domain and/or with a kinase activity is introduced into the plant or plant cell and expressed therein. The present invention likewise relates to the use of nucleic acids which code for such a protein for producing transgenic plants or plant cells with an increased resistance to pathogens. The present invention further relates to a nucleic acid sequences which code for a protein which confers an increased resistance to pathogens in plants.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'augmentation de la résistance aux agents pathogènes des plantes et/ou cellules de plantes transgéniques, une séquence ADN, qui code pour une protéine comportant un domaine de répétitions riches en leucine (LRR) et/ou une activité de kinase, étant introduite dans la plante ou la cellule de plante et y étant exprimée. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation d'acides nucléiques, qui codent pour cette protéine, afin de produire des plantes ou des cellules de plantes transgéniques présentant une résistance accrue aux agents pathogènes. En outre, la présente invention concerne des séquences d'acides nucléiques, qui codent pour une protéine, entraînant une résistance accrue aux agents pathogènes dans les plantes.
