A method for inhibiting the degradation of mammalian natriuretic peptides, in particular, BNP by using containers wherein the face coming into contact with specimens are made of a material capable of inhibiting the activation of a substance degrading peptides. This method makes it possible to collect specimens for measuring natriuretic peptides stably and conveniently . Also provided is a method for measuring natriureitc peptides by using these containers.
Procédé permettant d'inhiber la décomposition de peptides natriurétiques mammaliens, en particulier de BNP, grâce à l'utilisation de récipients dont la face venant en contact avec les échantillons est constituée d'une matière capable d'inhiber l'activation d'une substance décomposant les peptides. Ledit procédé permet la collecte stable et pratique d'échantillons en vue du dosage des peptides natriurétiques. Un procédé de dosage desdits peptides à l'aide de ces récipients est également décrit.
