The invention relates to a method for inhibiting an expression of at least one target gene that impedes or prevents the apoptosis of a tumor cell, whereby at least one double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) is introduced into the tumor cell whose strand S1 has a region, which is complementary to the target gene at least in areas and which is comprised of fewer than 25 consecutive nucleotides.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'inhibition de l'expression d'au moins un gène cible inhibant ou empêchant l'apoptose d'une cellule tumorale. Selon l'invention, au moins un acide ribonucléique à double brin (dsRNA) est introduit dans la cellule tumorale, un des brins S1 de cet acide ribonucléique présentant une zone constituée de moins de 25 nucléotides consécutifs au moins partiellement complémentaire du gène cible.
