Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention provides a method for introducing a substance into a cell on a plate capable of immobilizing and easily detaching the cells. More specifically, the method employs the use of a temperature-responsive polymeric compound and a cell adhesive substance to immobilize and detach the cells.
