A method for interconnecting a first electric cable (1), constituted by a carbon fibre bundle (2) enveloped in a first insulating sheath (3), with a second cable (4) constituted by a metallic conductor (5) enveloped in a second insulating sheath (6); the method provides for the removal of a first portion of the first sheath (3) that covers a first end (7) of the carbon fibre bundle, and the removal of a second portion of the second sheath (6) that covers a second end (8) of the metallic conductor (5), for an extension greater than that of the first portion. The method then provides for the spiral-like winding of the second end (8) of the metallic conductor (5), starting from the first end (7) of the first cable (1), until such metallic conductor (5) affects the first sheath (3), and then the change of direction of advancement of the spiral defined by such second end (8), to provide at least one loop (9) that covers the first sheath (3). The method then provides for the spiral-like winding of the metallic conductor (5) in a direction of the first end (7) of the bundle (2) and the mutual alignment of the first and second cables (2,4), and then the addition of at least one layer (10) of tin or other conductor or covering element to totally cover the second end (8) of the metallic conductor (5).
L'invention porte sur un procédé utilisé pour permettre l'interconnexion d'un premier câble électrique (1), constitué d'un faisceau en fibre de carbone (2) enrobé dans un premier manchon isolant (3) avec un deuxième câble (4) constitué d'un conducteur métallique (5) enrobé dans un deuxième manchon isolant (6) ; le procédé consiste à retirer une première partie du premier manchon qui recouvre une première extrémité (7) du faisceau en fibre de carbone et à retirer une deuxième partie du deuxième manchon (6) qui recouvre une deuxième extrémité (8) du conducteur métallique (5), pour obtenir une rallonge plus grande que celle de la première partie. Le procédé consiste ensuite à enrouler en spirale la deuxième extrémité (8) du conducteur métallique (5), depuis la première extrémité (7) du premier câble (1), jusqu'à ce que ledit conducteur métallique (5) touche le premier manchon (3), puis à modifier le sens d'avancement de la spirale défini par ladite deuxième extrémité (8), de manière à former au moins une boucle (9) qui recouvre le premier manchon (3). Le procédé consiste ensuite à enrouler en spirale le conducteur métallique (5) dans une direction de la première extrémité (7) du faisceau (2) et l'alignement respectif du premier et du deuxième câble (2, 4), et puis à rajouter au moins une couche (10) d'étain ou d'un autre conducteur ou élément de recouvrement, de manière à recouvrir entièrement la deuxième extrémité (8) du conducteur métallique (5).
