The invention relates to a method for actively introducing moisturising substances and/or cosmetic active ingredients into the skin of the human body. Said method is characterised in that the skin is brought into contact with the substances and/or active ingredients and a compression element is applied. The tissue is then caused to vibrate. Compression dressings (4) or bandages can constitute the compression element. In order to cause the tissue to vibrate, the person stands on a vibrating support (5), or the muscles of said person are stimulated by electric stimulation.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour faire pénétrer des substances hydratantes et/ou des principes actifs cosmétiques dans la peau du corps humain d'une personne. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que la peau est mise en contact avec les substances et/ou les principes actifs, un élément compressif plat est appliqué puis le tissu est soumis à des vibrations. L'élément compressif plat peut se présenter sous la forme de bandages compressifs (4). Pour soumettre le tissu à des vibrations, la personne peut s'installer sur un support vibrant (5) ou faire appel à une électrostimulation afin de provoquer une stimulation musculaire.
