The invention concerns a method for isolating at least an analyte (4) in a medium, in which it is distributed, consisting in: (a) providing at least one reagent (3) comprising a free support, in discrete form, exhibiting at least a receptor of the analyte; (b) providing another capture support, the accessible surface of which comprises at least an effective or active zone, of limited surface, exhibiting at least another receptor (10) of an entity to be captured, viz. of said analyte or said receptor; (c) contacting the reagent (3) with a liquid sample obtained from the medium containing the analyte, for forming an intermediate medium comprising, also in discrete form and distributed in said medium, a complex between said support, the receptor and the analyte; (d) contacting the accessible surface of said other support with at least a capture reactant, viz. the reagent that has not reacted during step (c) or the complex, for binding said capture reactant to said accessible surface, and obtaining a concentrated deposit in said effective zone, fixed on said other support by the bond of said other receptor with said receptor or analyte; (e) concentrating the deposit of said capture reactant in said effective zone, by increasing the amount of said reactant per surface unit in said effective zone.
Procédé pour isoler au moins un analyte (4) dans un milieu, dans lequel il est distribué, procédé selon lequel: (a) on dispose d'au moins un réactif (3) comprenant un support à l'état libre, sous forme discrète, exhibant au moins un récepteur de l'analyte; (b) on dispose d'un autre support, de capture, dont la surface accessible comprend au moins une zone utile ou active, de surface limitée, exhibant au moins un autre récepteur (10) d'une entité à capturer, à savoir dudit analyte ou dudit récepteur; procédé selon lequel (c) on met en contact le réactif (3) avec un échantillon liquide obtenu à partir du milieu contenant l'analyte, pour former un milieu intermédiaire comprenant, toujours sous forme discrète et distribuée dans ledit milieu, un complexe entre ledit support, le récepteur et l'analyte; (d) on met en contact la surface accessible dudit autre support avec au moins un partenaire de capture, à savoir le réactif n'ayant pas réagi lors de l'étape (c) ou le complexe, pour lier ledit partenaire de capture à ladite surface accessible, et obtenir un dépôt concentré dans ladite zone utile, immobilisé sur ledit autre support par la liaison dudit autre récepteur avec ledit récepteur ou l'analyte; (e) on concentre le dépôt dudit partenaire de capture dans ladite zone utile, en augmentant la quantité dudit partenaire par unité de surface dans ladite zone utile.
