A library having an elevated homogeneity is obtained by cleaving a genomic DNA by a method not depending on base sequences, for example, ultrasonication. By selecting a satellite sequence from this library, the isolation efficiency can be elevated. Thus, a microsatellite sequence useful as a DNA marker can be efficiently isolated.
L'invention concerne une bibliothèque à forte homogénéité résultant du clivage d'ADN génomique selon un procédé qui ne dépend pas des séquences de base, par exemple par sonication aux ultra-sons. On peut alors accroître l'efficacité d'isolation en choisissant une séquence satellite dans ce type de bibliothèque. Ainsi, il est possible d'isoler efficacement une séquence microsatellite, utile comme marqueur d'ADN.
