The invention concerns a method for locating radioelectric sources using two-channel high resolution radiogoniometer comprising a network with a specific number N of sensors (2¿1? to 2¿N?). The method comprises at least the following steps: multiplexing (4) the signals supplied by the N sensors on the inputs of only two receivers (3¿1?, 3¿2?), and estimating with a calculating device (6) coupled to the outputs of the two receivers the angle of incidence of the waves transmitted by the sources based on an estimate of the covariance matrix of the signals supplied by the two receivers (3¿1?, 3¿2?).

L'invention concerne un procédé de localisation de sources radioéletriques au moyen d'un radiogoniomètre haute résolution deux voies comportant un réseau d'un nombre déterminé N de capteurs (21...2N). Le procédé comporte au moins les étapes suivantes: multiplexer (4) les signaux fournis par les N capteurs sur les entrées de seulement deux récepteurs (31, 32), et estimer à l'aide d'un dispositif de calcul (6) couplé aux sorties des deux récepteurs les angles d'arrivée des ondes émises par les sources à partir d'une estimation de la matrice de covariance des signaux fournis par les deux récepteurs (31, 32).
