METHOD FOR MAKING A BISMUTH DOPED NEODYMIUM BARIUM TITANATE Abstract of the Disclosure The oxides of a neodymium barium titanate with bismuth oxide are mixed, calcined, formed into a body, and sintered only as high as 1200°C to form a dense mature dielectric ceramic body. The bismuth, accounted for as the oxide, amounts to from 0.25 to less than 1.5 mole percent of all the start oxides, effecting a large reduction in sintering temperature.
