The invention concerns a method for making assembly parts (101, 192, 111, 112) for manufacturing a chemical device element (100) comprising fixing an anticorrosive coating (31, 32) on an untreated assembly part (21, 22), by an operation including a brazing process under controlled atmosphere and, optionally forming the coated part (101, 102) by plastic deformation. The brazing temperature is preferably lower than about 750 ·C, and more preferably ranging between 600 ·C and 720 ·C. The inventive method enables an anticorrosive coating having a thickness less than 1 mm to be firmly fixed on a steel plate.
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication pièces d'assemblage (101, 102, 111, 112) pour la fabrication d'éléments de dispositif chimique (100) comprenant la fixation d'un revêtement anti-corrosion (31, 32) sur une pièce d'assemblage brute (21, 22), par une opération comprenant une opération de brasage dans une atmosphère contrôlée et, éventuellement, la mise en forme de la pièce revêtue (101, 102), par déformation plastique. La température de brasage est de préférence inférieure à 750~C environ, et de préférence encore comprise entre 600~C et 720~C. Le procédé de l'invention permet de fixer solidement sur une plaque en acier un revêtement anti-corrosion ayant une épaisseur inférieure à 1 mm.
