The invention concerns a method for making a composition for producing corks, characterised in that it consists of the following steps: a) grinding cork sheets into small size granules; b) decomposing said granules into granules with high lignin content and granules with high suberin content; c) separating the granules rich in lignin from the granules rich in suberin so as to retain only the granules rich in suberin. The invention also concerns a composition containing cork granules rich in suberin and a cork comprising such a composition.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une composition utilisable pour la réalisation de bouchons. Selon l'invention, il comprend les étapes suivantes: a) on broie des plaques de liège en granulés de petite taille; b) on décompose lesdits granulés de liège en granulés à forte teneur en lignine et en granulés à forte teneur en subérine; c) on sépare les granulés riches en lignine des granulés riches en subérine pour ne garder dans ladite composition que les granulés riches en subérine. L'invention concerne également une composition comprenant des granulés de liège riches en subérine, ainsi qu'un bouchon comprenant une telle composition.
