The invention concerns a method for making a contact element comprising a base (21) and at least a contact (26), comprising the following steps: transforming by gradual swaging a support (20) to produce one or several hollow props (22), much higher than the support (20) thickness; fixing a contact (28) at each prop (22) top (35); cutting out the contact element base (21) outline in the support (20), said outline enclosing at least one prop (22), so as to separate the contact element from the support (20). The invention is particularly useful as contact blade or thimble for switching electromechanical components.
La présente invention est un procédé de réalisation d'une pièce contactée comportant une base (21) et au moins un contact (28). Il comporte les étapes suivantes: transformation par emboutissage progressif d'un support (20) pour réaliser une ou plusieurs chandelles (22) creuses, de hauteur nettement supérieure à l'épaisseur du support (20); assemblage d'un contact (28) au sommet (35) de chaque chandelle (22); découpage du contour de la base (21) de la pièce contactée dans le support (20), ce contour englobant au moins une chandelle (22), de manière à séparer la pièce contactée du support (20). Application notamment en tant que lame-contact ou cosse pour composants électromécaniques de commutation.
