The invention concerns a hold-down bracket comprising a base plate and a cylindrical body, the base plate (11) and the cylindrical body constituting one single unit, the cylindrical body including two opposite walls called median wings (12, 13) extending at 90· from the base plate and two other opposite walls called flaps (16, 17) extending at 90· from the median wings (12, 13), which include at least one opening taken up by a tab (23) arranged at the tip of the flaps (16, 17). The invention also concerns a method for making such a bracket and the cut out blank for implementing said method.

Procédé de fabrication d'une telle platine et flan découpé pour la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé.
