The invention concerns a method for making a mat which consists in: depositing on at least a moving conveyor at least a first layer or series of layers of fibre(s) formed with filaments and at least a second layer or series of layers of fibre(s) formed with filaments. The invention is characterised in that it consists in opening at least part of the fibre(s) of the first layer or series of layers before stacking the first layer or series of layers and the second layer or series of layers. The invention also concerns a device for implementing said method and the resulting mats.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un mat selon lequel on dépose sur au moins un convoyeur en mouvement au moins une première couche ou série de couches de fil(s) formé(s) de filaments et au moins une deuxième couche ou série de couches de fil(s) formé(s) de filaments et caractérisé en ce que l'on ouvre au moins une partie du (des) fil(s) de la première couche ou série de couches avant superposition de la première couche ou série de couches et de la deuxième couche ou série de couches. La présente invention concerne également un dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé et les mats obtenus.
