The invention relates to a method for producing by sintering a refractory ceramic material, that comprises the following successive steps: (i) obtaining a dry mixture of hafnium dioxide powder HfO2 and of yttrium oxide powder Y2O3; (ii) granulating by pelletisation and under agitation the dry mixture in order to obtain a granulated mixture, wherein the granulation comprises spraying into the dry mixture an aqueous solution containing polyvinylic alcohol (PVA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG); (iii) drying the granulated mixture; (iv) filling a mould with the granulated mixture; (V) isostatically or semi-isostatically pressing the granulated mixture in order to obtain a compact mixture; (vi) sintering the compact mixture in order to obtain a refractory ceramic material having a solidus temperature of between 25000°C and 28000°C.
Procédé de fabrication par métallurgie des poudres d'un matériau céramique réfractaire, comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : (i) obtention d'un mélange sec d'une poudre de dioxyde de hafnium HfO2 et d'une poudre d'oxyde d' yttrium Y2O3, (ii) granulation par pelletisation du mélange sec sous agitation afin d'obtenir un mélange granulé, la granulation comprenant la pulvérisation dans le mélange sec d'une solution aqueuse comprenant de l'alcool polyvinylique (PVA) et du polyéthylène glycol (PEG), (iii) séchage du mélange granulé, (iv) remplissage d'un moule avec le mélange granulé, (v) pressage isostatique ou semi-isostatique du mélange granulé afin d'obtenir un mélange compact, (vi) frittage du mélange compact afin d'obtenir un matériau céramique réfractaire à température de solidus comprise entre 25000°C et 28000°C.
