A method for making a substrate by preparing a base including a predetermined amount of a biomineral material synthesised by at least one or a part of a living structure selected from the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom and/or microorganisms; and converting the base into an inactivated biomineral substrate having a texture predetermined according to a selected extemporaneous use, particularly as heat insulation, sound insulation, a filter, an acoustic membrane, a decorative wall, a fabric or a yarn, or according to a given medical and/or paramedical use. In an alternative embodiment, the method provides a natural and/or artificial soil nutrient, and said base is converted into an inactivated nutrient mineral substance with a composition and texture predetermined according to the requirements of the soil type in question. In a further alternative embodiment, said base is converted into an inactivated mineral material with a predetermined texture for use as a filler.
Procédé de fabrication d'un substrat, caractérisé en ce que l'on prépare une base comprenant une quantité prédéterminée d'un matériau biominéral, synthétisé par au moins une ou partie de structure vivante choisie parmi le règne végétal, animal et/ou les micro-organismes; et on transforme ladite base en un substrat biominéral inactivé et de texture prédéfinie en fonction d'un usage extemporané choisi notamment comme isolant thermique, phonique, filtre, membrane acoustique, paroi décoratrice, tissu, fil, ou en fonction d'un usage médical et/ou para-médical déterminé. En variante, le procédé permet la production d'une substance nutritive pour sols, naturels et/ou artificiels, et l'on transforme ladite base en une substance minérale inactivée nutritive de composition et de texture prédéfinies selon la nature et les besoins des sols concernés. Selon une autre variante, on transforme ladite base en une matière minérale inactivée et de texture prédéfinie en tant que charge d'apport.
