The invention concerns a continuous method for making an oxirane which consists in reacting in liquid phase an olefin with a peroxidized compound in the presence of a catalyst based on zeolite and in the presence of a solvent, and continuously inputting into the reactor a gas compound with sufficient flow rate to entrain at least part of the oxirane produced which is collected with the gas compound at its exit point from the reactor.

Procédé continu de fabrication d'un oxiranne selon lequel on fait réagir dans un réacteur en phase liquide une oléfine avec un composé peroxydé en présence d'un catalyseur à base d'une zéolite et en présence d'un solvant, et on introduit en continu dans le réacteur un composé gazeux à un débit suffisant pour entrainer au moins une partie de l'oxiranne produit que l'on recueille avec le composé gazeux à l'endroit où celui-ci sort du réacteur.
