A method an apparatus for a gas turbine compressor rotor is provided which offers improved characteristics to the rotor when used with at least titanium IMI834. Mechanical work is optimized through forging to provide at least improved low cycle fatigue life to the part.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour rotor de compresseur de turbine à gaz. Ces procédé et appareil permettent de fabriquer un rotor présentant des caractéristiques améliorées lorsque ledit rotor est utilisé avec au moins du titane IMI834. Le travail mécanique est optimisé par le forgeage, de sorte à obtenir au moins une durée de vie en fatigue oligocyclique améliorée.
