The invention concerns the production of contactless transmission chip card, and particularly mixed cards operating with or without contact. The method for the reliable and efficient setting of an integrated circuit module (M) and of an inductive transmission antenna (A), consists in producing the module providing connection ranges for the antenna, making an antenna with a flat coiled wire, and soldering the ends of said antenna on the module ranges, then making a plastic wafer (30) provided with an opening, the bottom of this opening being closed by an adhesive film (34). The module and the antenna are set against the wafer, and maintained by the adhesive material at the bottom of the housing. Another wafer (40) is directly mounted on the assembly.

L'invention concerne la fabrication des cartes à puces à transmission sans contact, et spécialement des cartes mixtes fonctionnant avec ou sans contact. Pour faciliter la mise en place fiable et efficace d'un module de circuit intégré (M) et d'une antenne de transmission inductive (A), on réalise le module en prévoyant des plages de connexion pour l'antenne, on fabrique une antenne à l'aide d'un fil bobiné à plat, et on soude les extrémités de cette antenne sur les plages du module, puis réalise une plaquette de matière plastique (30) pourvue d'une ouverture, le fond de cette ouverture étant fermé par une feuille adhésive (34). Le module et l'antenne sont mis en place contre la plaquette, et maintenus par la matière adhésive au fond du logement. Une autre plaquette (40) est rapportée sur l'ensemble.
