A method for making cards with an electronic module is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of providing a card body (1) having a cavity (3, 4), an electronic module (5) shaped to fit said cavity, and a cyanoacrylate adhesive, depositing said adhesive in said cavity, inserting said module into the cavity in a substantially centred position, and pressing said adhesive between the card and the module. According to the method, said adhesive is deposited in an amount sufficient to cover an adhesion surface constituting 50-100 % of the surface of said cavity, after pressing, at a temperature of 15-30 ·C and at a humidity level of 50-75 %. The cards produced by carrying out the method are also disclosed.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation de cartes à module électronique du type consistant à fournir un corps de carte (1) muni d'une cavité (3, 4), un module électronique (5) de dimensions correspondant à ladite cavité, une colle de type cyanocrylate, et comportant des étapes selon lesquelles on dépose ladite colle dans ladite cavité, on insère ledit module dans la cavité dans une position sensiblement centrée et on presse ladite colle entre la carte et le module. Il est caractérisé en ce que ladite colle est déposée en une quantité permettant de couvrir une surface de collage comprise entre 50 et 100 % de la surface de ladite cavité, après pressage, et sous une température comprise entre 15 et 30 ~C et un taux hygrométrique compris entre 50 et 75 %. L'invention concerne également les cartes obtenues par la mise en oeuvre du procédé.
