A method for manufacturing a number of pads having a honeycomb structure includes cutting a paper material into a number of paper sheets and applying a number of strips of adhesive material onto the paper sheets alternatively. Superpose the paper sheets for allowing the paper sheets to be secured together into a stacked material by the strips of adhesive material. The stacked material are cut into a number of segments which are then rotatd for about 90 degrees. Secure the segments together into a honeycomb member and stretch the honeycomb member, and apply and secure a pair of cover sheets onto the upper surface and the lower surface of the honeycomb member for forming a prototype. The prototype is then cut into a number pads such that the pads may be easily and quickly manufactured.
