The invention concerns a method for making polyamide. More particularly, the invention concerns a method for making polyamides derived from the reaction between a diacid and a diamine. It concerns a method for making a polyamide derived from the reaction of at least a diacid with at least a polyamide comprising the following steps: preparing a first mixture of diacid and diamine with a diacid/diamine molar ratio ranging between 0.8 and 0.995, preferably ranging between 0.95 and 0.99 in a first reactor (5); preparing a second mixture of diacid and diamine with a diacid/diamine molar ratio ranging between 1.005 and 1.2, preferably between 1.01 and 1.05, in a second reactor (4); introducing in melted form a first flow of the first mixture and a second flow of the second mixture in a stirred polymer reactor (7); drawing, preferably, continuously, from said reactor a flow of polyamide prepolymer; feeding said polyamide flow into a finishing step to obtain the desired degree of polymerisation. The invention is characterised in that the stoichiometry of the polyamide in the reactor (7) or the acid function/amine function ratios in the different reactors are measured by near infrared spectrometric analysis, and by controlling the feed flows in the different reactors using the results of said analyses.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de polyamide. Elle se rapporte plus particulièrement à la fabrication de polyamides issus de la réaction entre un diacide et une diamine.L'invention propose un procédé de fabrication d'un polyamide issu de la réaction d'au moins un diacide avec au moins une diamine comprenant les étapes suivantes: préparer un premier mélange de diacide et de diamine avec un rapport molaire diacide/diamine compris entre 0,8 et 0,995, de préférence compris entre 0,95 et 0,99 dans un premier réacteur 5; préparer un second mélange de diacide et diamine avec un rapport diacide/diamine compris entre 1,005 et 1,2, de préférence compris entre 1,01 et 1,05, dans un second réacteur 4; introduire sous forme fondue un premier flux du premier mélange et un second flux du second mélange dans un réacteur 7 de polymérisation agité; soutirer, de préférence en continu, dudit réacteur un flux de prépolymère polyamide; alimenter ledit flux de polyamide dans une étape de finition pour obtenir le degré de polymérisation désiré. Selon le procédé de l'invention la stoechiométrie du polyamide dans le réacteur 7 ou les rapports fonctions acides/amines dans les différents réacteurs sont mesurés par analyse spectrométrique par Proche Infra Rouge, et par asservissement des flux d'alimentation dans les différents réacteurs aux résultats de ces analyses.
