In order to relieve the power supply system of commercial aircraft of one absolutely essential load, specifically the galley with its heating and cooling appliances, said appliances are provided with at least one autonomous power supply device which can be handled without any problems and is installed in a galley trolley (1) of standardized dimensions, preferably with a fuel cell (2) together with its fuel tanks (3, 4) and voltage converters (5) in order to be replaced at the same time by means of catering lifting loaders in the course of galley supply and disposal. Instead of or in addition to this, an autonomous, mobile power supply unit such as this can also be installed in one of the standardized baggage or cargo containers for accommodation in the cargo bay of the aircraft, and then in particular also feed electrical heating and cooling appliances in other containers.
L'invention vise à soulager le circuit de bord d'avions de ligne d'un poste de consommation électrique très important, à savoir la cuisine de bord comprenant des groupes de chauffe et des groupes frigorifiques. A cet effet, les groupes de chauffe et les groupes frigorifiques sont alimentés par au moins un dispositif d'alimentation en énergie autonome, aisément manipulable, qui est muni de préférence d'une pile à combustible (2), de son réservoir à carburant (3, 4) et de convertisseurs de tension (5), et qui est intégré dans un chariot (1) aux dimensions standardisées, pour être échangé, au cours du chargement et du déchargement des plateaux-repas, au moyen des chariots élévateurs utilisés par les services de restauration. Au lieu de cela ou en plus de cela, une telle unité d'alimentation en énergie mobile et autonome peut aussi être installée dans un des conteneurs à bagages ou à marchandises standardisés devant être logés dans la soute de la machine et par la suite alimenter en particulier des groupes de chauffe et des groupes frigorifiques électriques situés dans d'autres conteneurs.
