ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to a method for making quick aging abrasive slurries particularly for use in the manufacturing of grinding wheels, comprising preparing a slurry from magnesium carbonate, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulphate, abrasive materials and inert fillers, adding a phenolic resin thereto, mixing to obtain a homogeneous mass, filling the slurry in forming molds and carrying out an aging step, by cyclically heating the slurry to set increasing temperatures, and a subsequent cooling to ambient temperature.
