ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to a method for producing a dolomite sinter with low porosity and good hydration stability made of difficult-to-sinter raw dolomite. The dolomite is milled and then caustic burnt dolomite, dolomite hydrate or semi-burnt dolomite, in quantities between 3 and 20% by weight relative to the total mixture is added to the raw dolomite powder. The dolomite mixture should include foreign oxide, such as Fe2O3, Al2O3 or SiO2, in such quantities that the total amount of foreign oxide present in the mix- ture is 1 to 3% by weight.
