A method for managing copy protection information of a recording medium is disclosed. A data stream encrypted using copy protection information is recorded in a data area of an optical disc such as a write once optical disc or a rewritable optical disc, while the copy protection information and Digital Rights Management (DRM) information set by a content provider are recorded together in a key locker of the optical disc. When a data stream of an optical disc is reproduced, the operation of reproducing or copying the encrypted data stream is controlled according to information of allowed playback time, the number of copy times and copy permission/prohibition information, which is included in the Digital Rights Management information. This effectively prevents contents such as data files transmitted over the Internet from being illegally duplicated.
L'invention concerne un procédé de gestion d'informations de protection anti-copie d'un support d'enregistrement. Un flux de données chiffré au moyen des informations de protection anti-copie est enregistré dans une zone de données d'un disque optique, tel qu'un disque optique non réinscriptible ou un disque optique réinscriptible, pendant que les informations de protection anti-copie et des informations de gestion des droits numériques (DRM) établies par le fournisseur de contenu sont enregistrées ensemble dans un casier de clés du disque optique. Quand un flux de données d'un disque optique est reproduit, l'opération de reproduction ou de copie du flux de données chiffré est commandée en fonction des informations de temps de lecture autorisé, du nombre de copies et des informations d'autorisation/interdiction de copie, renfermées dans les informations de gestion des droits numériques, empêchant ainsi de manière efficace des contenus, tels que des fichiers de données, transmis sur l'Internet d'être dupliqués de manière illégale.
