The present invention is a method for manufacturing a composite material having reduced mechanosorptive creep comprising the following steps: a) mixing fibers of a lignocellulosic material with a thermoplastic material where the thermoplastic material is in fiber form, b) adding the mixture made in step a) onto a wet web, thus forming a composite material and c) hot pressing of the composite material. The present invention also provides a composite material having reduced mechanosorptive creep being the manufacturing result of the method. The present invention also comprises the use of the method and the composite material.
La présente invention concerne un procédé servant à fabriquer une matière composite ayant un fluage mécano-sorptif réduit comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : a) mélanger des fibres d'une matière lignocellulosique avec une matière thermoplastique, ladite matière thermoplastique étant sous la forme de fibres ; b) déposer le mélange formé dans l'étape a) sur une toile humide, ce qui permet de former une matière composite ; et c) presser à chaud la matière composite. La présente invention concerne également une matière composite ayant un fluage mécano-sorptif réduit laquelle est le produit de fabrication dudit procédé. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation du procédé et de la matière composite.
